Single-Family Homes (SFH)

Referral fees are based on market rent:

• $250 — Market Rent $500–$1,000

• $350 — Market Rent $1,001–$2,000

• $450 — Market Rent $2,001–$4,000

Multi-Family Properties

• $1,000 — 4–15 doors

• $2,000–$4,000 — 16–50 doors

• 50+ doors — TBD
